My name is Dana Williams and I'm a Public Policy and Sociology student at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. My leadership philosphy is that anyone can be a leader and that the sign of true leadership is sustained change. Through my studies, I've become a critical thinker, skilled in collaboration and cooperation. My hope is that my course work combined with my leadership experience will provide me with the grounds to work in NGO's in Washington, D.C. and eventually pursue a career in higher education.
